Product Presentatio
The two-component polyurethane waterproof coating is composed of component A mainly containing isocyanate groups (- NCO) and component B with non tar groups as fillers. When the two components A and B are mixed, they react to form a odorless network cross-linked polymer elastic material.
The coating has good adhesion to the base layer, good tensile strength, weather resistance, and resistance to chemical corrosion. It has excellent elongation and the outstanding advantage of forming a seamless overall waterproof layer after curing, which enables it to withstand trace changes in structure and environmental changes, and has superior waterproof performance.

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing and moisture prevention in basements, bathrooms, kitchens, pools, cold storage facilities, floors, and other engineering projects. Especially suitable for underground projects where the base is difficult to dry, it can also be used for waterproofing in non exposed roof projects.
Construction Methods and Techniques
★ Requirements for grassroots: The grassroots should be flat, dry, clean, and free of oil stains. If there is oil pollution, it should be cleaned with solvents such as xylene and gasoline before construction can proceed.
★ Primer: Mix the product thoroughly in a ratio of 1:2:2 of component A: component B: solvent until it is evenly applied. The recommended general dosage is 0.2kg/m².
★ Waterproof layer construction: Mix this product evenly in a ratio of 1:2 between component A and component B. If the concentration is too high, add a solvent and mix. Use a brush or roller to apply the coating. When applying, apply a small amount multiple times to make the coating thickness uniform and reduce bubbles. The recommended amount for one application is 0.5-0.8kg/m.
★ Construction of protective layer: carried out according to the process design requirements.
★ Construction can be carried out on damp ground.
Matters Needing Attention
★ This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, sealed and stored for one year.
★ This product cannot be diluted with alcohol or other alcohol solvents or commercially available coke water. It can be diluted with toluene, solvent oil, butyl ester, 93 # gasoline, etc
★ If the skin, clothing, or utensils are contaminated with materials, solvents such as toluene and alcohol can be used to clean them in a timely manner.
★ Attention should be paid to damp water sources during transportation, construction, and inventory.
★ Sedimentation is normal, stir evenly and use normally.
