Wide self-adhesive pre laid polyester tire waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as pre laid PY type) is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of asphalt based polyester tire waterproofing membrane as the main material (with functional additives added), coated with self-adhesive layers on both sides, and attached with a peelable silicon coating film as the isolation material.
Wide width self-adhesive polymer pre laid waterproofing membrane (hereinafter referred to as pre laid P type) is a polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) homogeneous sheets as the main materials, coated with a "self-adhesive layer" on the surface, and then covered with a silicon isolation film. According to engineering needs, geotextiles can be composite on the polymer layer to enhance the strength of the membrane. Product Performance
★ Cold construction: no use of open flames, no use of adhesives, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, low-carbon, and economical;
★ High tensile strength, high elongation, puncture resistance, and strong corrosion resistance;
★ The pre laid roll material is bonded to the post poured concrete as a whole, which is inseparable even under long-term immersion in water, completely eliminating the possibility of water seepage and making the waterproof performance more solid;
★ The waterproof membrane is not bonded to the base layer, and the construction is not affected by the base layer and environmental humidity;
★ Wet laying roll material: The base layer can be constructed without leveling or even moisture, as long as there is no visible water. Especially during the rainy season, construction advantages become more apparent, which can effectively save construction time.
★ The wet laid waterproofing membrane is permanently and firmly adhered to the building structure without any water leakage. Even if local materials are damaged and leak, it is easy to detect and maintain;
★ Wide width roll material has less construction loss and is more convenient for construction.
