The non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating uses synthetic high scoring materials, rubber, and thickening materials to modify asphalt, making it a waterproof coating with creep and self-adhesive characteristics. By heating the coating on site to make it flow, it is scraped onto the base layer to form a waterproof coating with strong adhesion, creep and self-healing functions. It can serve as an independent waterproof layer or be combined with roll materials to form a composite waterproof layer.
The functional characteristics of non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating are that it can not only seal the cracks and capillary channels of the base layer, but also absorb stress without transmitting stress, which can minimize the influence of base deformation on the waterproof layer. At the same time, its self-healing function can make a certain part of the waterproof layer be punctured and damaged, and the rheological properties of the material will gradually promote the surrounding creep materials to migrate to that part, filling the damaged part and making it regain waterproof function.
When used in combination with rolls, its excellent bonding ability enables the rolls and coatings to be well combined, achieving complementary advantages of rolls and coatings and forming a waterproof structure with strong reliability.

1. Self healing: The materials will not separate during construction, forming a stable and seamless waterproof layer as a whole. Even if the waterproof layer is damaged during construction and use, it can be repaired on its own to prevent water from flowing through the waterproof layer and maintain its continuity;
2. Easy to construct: Low requirements for the base layer, no need for special treatment, and can also be constructed in winter, shortening the construction period;
3. Heat and cold resistance: does not lose its waterproof function in high and low temperature changes;
4. Adhesive properties: Waterproof materials can easily bond with structures in water, and can still achieve good waterproof effects even when there are certain changes in the structure;
5. Flexibility: When the expansion joint changes with temperature and vibration, it can move flexibly with the flow of water;
6. Chemical resistance: It will not undergo performance changes due to the presence of various chemical substances (acid, alkali, salt substances) underground;
7. Easy maintenance management: In case of waterproofing problems, injecting new non curing materials into the existing situation can quickly solve the problem;
8. The solid content is over 99%, with almost no volatile substances. No free formaldehyde, benzene+xylene. The indicators are significantly lower than the hazardous substance limit indicators specified in the reactive A-grade of JC1066-2008 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Building Waterproof Coatings".

Scope of Application
Tunnels, subways, dams, basements, brick materials, etc. Dry and wet cracks on concrete components are actually bonded to all contact surfaces.
