Product Presentatio
Two component quick setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is sprayed with component A as the main agent, which is composed of anionic synthetic rubber lotion, emulsified asphalt micro lotion made by special process and a variety of chemical additives. This component is a core shell structure composed of rubber as the continuous phase and asphalt as the dispersed phase, with high solid content and low single viscosity, and is suitable for spraying construction. The B component is a coagulant, which is prepared into an aqueous solution of corresponding concentration from electrolytes such as metal salts.

The product has a fracture elongation of over 1800%, a tensile strength of up to 2Mpa, and a retention rate of over 95%. It can adapt to the deformation of the base layer and solve the problem of waterproof leakage caused by stress deformation, expansion cracking, and other factors in waterproof materials.
★ Has good bonding strength
This product can be sprayed on different substrates with a peel strength of not less than 4.0N/mm from concrete and not less than 2.0N/mm from wood and metal plates. It can firmly adhere to various material surfaces such as concrete, wood, and metal without peeling off.
★ Has excellent self-healing properties
This product has the characteristics of liquid rubber, with good self-healing ability against punctures from knives and sharp objects, excellent resistance to cracking, and excellent water tightness of nail rods.
★ Has excellent puncture resistance performance
After being sprayed into a film, this product can form a high-strength waterproof film with excellent puncture resistance, crush resistance, and tear resistance.
★ Has chemical corrosion resistance
This product has excellent acid, alkali, and salt resistance. After being placed in an acid, alkali, and salt environment for 168 hours, the tensile strength retention rate reaches over 95%, and the elongation at break is higher than 1000%.
★ Excellent aging resistance
The product contains anti ultraviolet aging agent and a high proportion of functional polymers, which endows the product with excellent anti-aging property. Under the conditions of artificially accelerated weather aging treatment and ultraviolet treatment for 250h, the tensile strength retention rate reaches more than 95%.

Strengthening the processing of details
All detailed nodes must be reinforced before spraying. Mainly for the root of the internal and external corners, deformation joint tool columns, etc., the coating method is used for construction, and the coating is applied in layers. The reinforcing material of the tire body should be sandwiched in the middle of the coating, laid firmly and firmly, without hollowing or curling edges.
Spray requirements when there are reinforcement materials
1. The laying of the reinforcing material for the tire body should be carried out after the bottom coating has cured;
2. The thickness of the bottom coating should not be less than 0.5mm;
3. The overlap width of the long side of the reinforcing material shall not be less than 100mm, and the overlap width of the short side shall not be less than 150mm. Special sealant shall be used to bond the joint of the tire body.
