The Role of Grassroots Treatment Agents
In order to enhance the adhesion between the waterproof material and the base layer, a coating is pre applied to the base layer before the construction of the waterproof layer. Preventing hollowing of the waterproof layer of the roll material: The reason for hollowing of the waterproof layer of the roll material is often due to the high moisture content of the base layer of the waterproof layer of the roll material, and the construction of the waterproof layer of the roll material before the leveling layer is dried, sealing the moisture inside and causing the waterproof layer to bulge when exposed to hot gas; When laying different types of oil felt rolls, if the pressure is not tight and the adhesion is not dense, the hot air generated during the operation will be trapped, causing the rolls to bubble and bulge. During construction, attention should be paid to the dryness of the base layer. During operation, it should be compacted and tightly adhered, and no gas should be trapped to prevent hollowing. In addition, different waterproof materials correspond to different base treatment agents.

Simple Construction Method for Grassroots Treatment Agents
1. After opening the bucket, mix it evenly with a manual or electric mixer before use.
Before applying the base treatment agent, use a high-pressure blower to blow away the floating dust on the surface of the base.
After the base treatment is clean, apply base treatment agent (flat). Use a long roller brush to apply the base treatment agent onto the clean and dry surface of the base layer. For complex areas, use a paint brush to apply, ensuring no white spots are exposed and even application. When the moisture content does not exceed 9%, the next process can be carried out.
Considering that the base treatment agent produced by our company is a water-based formulation with a lower dosage compared to oil-based formulations. The general usage for flat surfaces is approximately 0.3-0.5kg/m2. (Influenced by the actual uneven surface!)
