    Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof material is a gray powder material formulated by adding active chemical components to ordinary Portland cement as the base material. The cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material mainly adopts a porous waterproof mechanism. Under the action of water, the waterproof material contains active chemical substances, which use water as a carrier. As water penetrates the structural pores, the active chemical substances penetrate into the interior and react to form insoluble crystals such as ettringite. The active chemical substances react with unhydrated cement particles to promote cement hydration, forming cement hydration crystals, generating a large number of crystals to fill and seal the pores, preventing water from entering the concrete, thus achieving the waterproof purpose.

    Scope of Application
    Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof material, due to its good adhesion, does not affect its construction effect on both smooth and rough surfaces, back and upstream surfaces, dry and wet surfaces, or water control surfaces. Cement based permeable crystalline waterproof materials can be widely used in the waterproofing construction of tunnels, dams, reservoirs, power stations, nuclear power plants, cooling towers, underground railways, overpasses, bridges, underground continuous walls, airport runways, pile head and pile foundation wastewater treatment tanks, reservoirs, industrial and civil building basements, roofs, toilets and bathrooms, as well as the maintenance and plugging of all concrete structure defects such as concrete building facilities.


    Construction Technology
    Scratching method
    ★ Clean up debris and floating mud on the waterproof coating surface, and repair severely uneven concrete surfaces.
    ★ Remove and clean the oil stains and debris on the waterproof surface of cement-based concrete structures, then rinse with clean water and apply waterproof materials on the wet base surface during construction.
    ★ If serious leakage is found on the base surface, sealing materials should be used for construction first, and then this material should be used to ensure the quality of the project.
    ★ The water cement ratio is 0.3-0.4:1, with a dosage of 1.4-1.7kg/m2 and a thickness of 1.0mm (± 0.05mm) as the standard.
    Rolling coating method
    Roll the material evenly on the treated surface with a roller at a dosage of 1.4-1.7kg/m2.
    Dry withdrawal method
    Construction shall be carried out after the concrete is poured, compacted, and leveled (before the concrete has fully set). According to the prescribed dosage, evenly skim on the surface of the concrete, and promptly compact and smooth it. Check for any defective construction areas after final setting and promptly repair them; If exposed to direct sunlight, water should be sprayed for maintenance. Pay attention to spraying evenly and do not cut corners.
    Grassroots treatment
    ★ The base layer should be firm and clean. For areas with obvious cracks (generally referring to a crack width greater than 0.2mm), repairs are needed, and the leaking parts should be sealed in advance.
    ★ For substances that hinder penetration such as oil stains, release agents, and paint on the base layer, they must be cleaned up. Water should be sprayed on the construction layer base mortar concrete to fully wet the construction surface, but there should be no visible water.
