According to the setting time, this material is divided into two types: rapid setting and slow setting.


    Product Performance 
    ★ Moisture proof, anti-seepage, and quick leak sealing;

    Scope of Application
    It can be used for moisture-proof, anti-seepage, and leak sealing of various underground buildings or structures, cable trenches, water pools, toilets and bathrooms, civil air defense tunnels, subways, tunnels, and engineering projects. It can also be used for emergency repair grouting of underground pipelines, tap water, dams, and equipment foundations. Water and adhesive can be completed in one go. It can also be used to paste tiles, mosaics, marble and other block materials, which can achieve waterproofing and pasting in one go.
    Type I (retarding type) is mainly used for waterproofing and anti-seepage on damp and slightly permeable substrates.
    Type II (rapid setting type) is mainly used for waterproofing and plugging on leaking or gushing substrates, and can be operated with water.


    Construction Technology
    Construction of leakage points
    ★ Grassroots treatment: First, chisel the leakage point or leakage joint into a V-shape, and wash away any debris;
    ★ During the ingredient construction, the quick setting plugging agent is quickly mixed into a plugging material in a ratio of powder: water=1:25-0.30. The plugging material is then kneaded into a ball, slightly hardened, and stuffed into a V-shaped groove for compaction. The leakage can be instantly stopped, and the sequence of plugging should be to plug small leaks first, followed by large leaks.
    For seepage pits, the quick setting plugging powder can be directly poured into the pit, compacted, smoothed, and watered for maintenance.
    For severe water leakage joints, drainage methods should be used by drilling water inlet holes at appropriate locations to concentrate the leakage water and lead it out. The joint should be plugged first, then the lower joint, and finally the drainage hole.
    For large-scale leakage, it is necessary to first identify the leakage point, block it with a quick setting sealing agent, and then carry out waterproof treatment.
    Construction of permeable base surface
    ★ Base surface treatment: After cleaning and leveling the base surface, rinse it clean with water. Before construction, the base surface must be solid, clean, rough, and fully moist (without visible water). If there is serious water seepage on the base surface, quick setting type leak sealing spirit can be used to seal the leak, or a water inlet hole can be drilled at the bottom to reduce pressure, and then construction can be carried out from top to bottom.
    ★ Ingredients: Prepare a quick setting plugging agent with a water powder ratio of 0.3-0.5, stir evenly to form a putty like consistency, and ensure that there are no bubbles, hard lumps, or raw powder in the powder.
    ★ Construction: First, dry the base surface with a dry cloth and quickly apply the first layer of material. If there is water leakage, do not use a pipe. After the coating hardens, spray it wet (but there is no accumulated water), and then scrape the second layer of material. When feeding, apply slight force to scrape back and forth multiple times to make the coating dense. At the same time, pay attention to whether there is water leakage at the joint. If there is water leakage, continue to scrape the third layer until there is no water leakage. The material used for each layer is approximately
    1.2kg/m2, the total material used is about 2.5-3.0kg/m2, and the total coating thickness is about 1.5-2.0mm
    ★ Maintenance: After the coating hardens, immediately carry out moisturizing maintenance to ensure that the coating is moist and prevent powdering. The maintenance methods can include spraying water, covering with wet materials, spraying maintenance agents, etc. Be careful not to damage the coating during the first maintenance, and maintain for 2-3 days in total.
    When the temperature during construction is below 10 ℃, use a rapid setting sealing agent and mix with 40 ℃ warm water.
    Construction under sunlight in summer requires humidification and maintenance. Construction below -5 ℃ in winter requires the addition of 1-3% sodium nitrite powder. Construction in rain should prevent rainwater from damaging the waterproof layer.


    Storage and Transportation Mode 
    ★ This product is vacuum packed in double-layer plastic bags, with specifications of 1kg and 5kg.
    ★ This material is prone to moisture and should be sealed and stored in a dry place with a shelf life of 1 year.
